Logline: A woman finds herself in a love triangle involving brothers when she reconnects with a high school friend.

Synopsis:
Dead Dogs is a drama about Lesa, a woman who finds love when she reconnects with a high school friend and her brothers. Lesa falls for Adrian, a single-dad with a huge home and a thriving business, and after a brief courtship they are married. The problem occurs when Wes, the brother she dated in high school, is released from prison and still carries a flame for her.

About
ALYSS ALLEN GREAR
A lifelong visual storyteller, with a BFA in art and MA in film, Alyss uses her talents to bring visions to life in a variety of media. Her first screenplay EYES ON THE SPARROW, won the Eastman Kodak Award for Film, and was a finalist in the 2007 American Black Film Festival. After a brief stint as an Associate Producer for television and film, Alyss became an educator. Since the pandemic, Alyss has devoted more time to writing, finishing a feature length screenplay, and shortly, her first novel.

TONYA PARKER
- Emmy Award winning producer and owner of DC Honey www.dchoney.store, Tonya Parker has worked on a variety of successful projects, including critically-acclaimed television shows. A graduate of both Howard and American Universities Theater and Film programs, Tonya continues to be recognized for her creativity and dedication to the craft of storytelling in her current role as an Executive Producer for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
