Founded by Alyss Allen Grear, Rose Lens Media is a collaboration of Screenwriters and Producers with years of experience in the industry, we specialize in producing original screenplays that engage and captivate audiences. We believe that a great story can change the world, and we are committed to telling those stories with authenticity and heart.

A lifelong visual storyteller, with a BFA in art and MA in film, Alyss uses her talents to bring visions to life in a variety of media. Her first screenplay EYES ON THE SPARROW, won the Eastman Kodak Award for Film, and was a finalist in the 2007 American Black Film Festival. After a brief stint as an Associate Producer for television and film, Alyss became an educator. Since the pandemic, Alyss has devoted more time to writing, finishing a feature length screenplay, and shortly, her first novel.
Tonya Parker
Emmy Award winning producer and owner of DC Honey www.dchoney.store, Tonya Parker has worked on a variety of successful projects, including critically-acclaimed television shows. A graduate of both Howard and American Universities Theater and Film programs, Tonya continues to be recognized for her creativity and dedication to the craft of storytelling in her current role as an Executive Producer for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
